Hospice Dietitian

Job Summary
The Hospice Dietitian is responsible for the nutritional plan of care within the interdisciplinary team. The Hospice Dietitian develops and implements policies and procedures related to nutritional care of clients as well as providing nutritional education resources.
Qualifications
- Requires membership in and registration by the American Dietetic Association
- Requires licensure to practice dietetics in the State of Ohio
- Requires a minimum of two years appropriate clinical or community nutrition experience.
