Medical Records Clerk

Reports To

Director of Patient Services

Job Summary

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for all aspects of maintaining and protecting agency clinical records. This person ensures that clinical record systems are maintained in compliance with state, federal, and JCAHO regulations.

Qualifications

  • Has a high school education; accredited records technician degree preferred
  • Has one year bookkeeping, office/business experience.
