The Food Service Assistant is responsible for setting up trays, washing dishes, providing prep work for meals, assisting the cook, delivering meals to patient rooms, serving food for patient families, guests and staff, and helping to clean/sanitize kitchen areas. The Food Service Assistant is committed to the philosophy, goals and objectives of the Hospice concept.
