- Memorial Walkway
In Hospice of North Central Ohio's continuing effort to provide bereavement services to patients' families, we recognize the need for the bereaved to have a special place for reflection. Through the vision of Executive Director and Board of Directors, a beautifully landscaped brick walkway was constructed in 1996 to serve as a place for people to honor or memorialize a loved one or friend. To date, over 750 bricks have been engraved in memory or in honor of loved ones. The walkway is located behind the Ashland offices at 1605 County Road 1095.

- Special Wishes Fund
The volunteers of Hospice of North Central Ohio have established The Hospice Special Wishes Fund. The purpose is to generate funds to provide special wishes or non-medical needs for Hospice patients and families who cannot afford the expense. A request form is completed describing the nature of the request and the financial need. A Special Wishes Committee reviews each request.

- Tree of Lights
Hospice of North Central Ohio annually illuminates the Holiday Season with the Tree of Lights in Ashland, Loudonville, Mansfield, New London, and Shelby. The lights on each tree symbolize a time of remembrance and provide a unique, meaningful way to pay tribute to loved ones or friends. Proceeds from the Tree of Lights are used to fund the Hospice of North Central Ohio Bereavement Center.
