 Hospice of North Central Ohio is a charitable non-profit organization and we depend largely upon donations from the general public. Contributions to the organization are tax deductible. Hospice of North Central Ohio offers secure online payment forms. You can make your donation for a specific purpose or to a specified area of Hospice. Please make your choice below.

- General Donation (Cash)
Make a general donation to Hospice of North Central Ohio. You may specify how you would like to have your money distributed.
- Donation In Memory of / In Honor of...
Many people are beginning to request donations be made to Hospice rather than sending flowers after a loved one passes. Use this form to make a donation in memory or in honor of someone. A card will be sent to the person you specify, letting them know that a donation has been made in the name of their loved one.
- Donate to the Memorial Gardens
In 1996, through the vision of Executive Director Ruth Lindsey, a beautifully landscaped brick walkway was constructed to serve as a place for people to honor or memorialize a loved one. By purchasing an engraved brick you have the opportunity to permanently memorialize or honor those who are dear to you. Since moving the walkway to its new location at Hospice House, additional giving opportunities have been added.
- Tree of Lights
Each holiday season, Hospice of North Central Ohio illuminates the season with a Tree of Lights in Ashland, Loudonville, Mansfield, New London, and Shelby, Ohio. The lights on each tree symbolize a time of remembrance and appreciation for loved ones. A light may be dedicated on any tree in memory of or in honor of a loved one.
